L’ex mairesse de l’Arcahaie, Rosemila Petit-Frère ne s’est pas présenté au cabinet du juge d’instruction Jean Wilner Morin, ce mercredi 28 juin 2023, ses deffenseurs fait des suggestions au juge instructeur Jean Wilner Morin .
En effet, dans une correspondance en date du mercredi 28 juin 2023 adressée au juge d’instruction Jean Wilner Morin, le cabinet d’avocat de Rosemila Petit-Frère (Cabinet Delcy et Associés), a fait savoir que leur cliente n’est pas en mesure de se présenter au cabinet d’instruction pour des problèmes de santé. Selon la correspondance l’ancienne mairesse de l’arcahaie, très proche du pouvoir d’Ariel Henry doit se reposer pendant une période de 6 semaines jusqu’au 30 juillet 2023.
Par ailleurs, le Cabinet d’avocat de Rosemila Petit-Frère propose au juge Morin d’appliquer l’article 69 du code d’instruction criminelle autorisant le juge d’instruction à engager le service du juge de paix de la Commune de l’Arcahaie pour recevoir les dépositions de Madame, Petit-Frère en sa demeure.
« Je recquiers qu’il vous plaise Honorable magistrats, mettre en application les prescrits de l’article 69 du code d’instruction criminelle en commettant le juge de paix de la commune de l’Arcahaie à l’effet de recevoir la déposition de madame Petit-Frère en sa demeure sise à l’angle des routes adoquin et chemin de fer (Poy La géneral), Commune de l’Arcahaie ». lit-on dans la correspondance.
« Si vous ne préferez mieux, attendre la fin de sa période de convalescence pour pouvoir se mettre totalement à la disposition de la justice de son pays » affirment les avocats de Rosemila Petit-Frère.
Soulignons que, Rosemila Saint-Vil Petit-Frère était invitée à comparaitre au Cabinet du juge Jean Wilner Morin pour être entendue à titre de témoin dans le cadre du dossier de corruption à la Caisse d’Assistance Sociale (CAS).
