Dans une adresse à la nation télévisée, ce lundi 26 juin 2023, Le président russe, Vladimir Poutine, a affirmé avoir donné l’ordre « d’éviter une effusion de sang », que voulaient selon lui l’Ukraine et les Occidentaux. Il a remercié les Russes pour leur résilience leur patriotisme et leur unité, assurant que cette solidarité civile a montré que n’importe quel chantage, tentative de déstabilisation sont voués à l’échec.
« Aujourd’hui, je m’adresse à tous les citoyens russes. Je vous remercie pour votre endurance, votre solidarité et votre patriotisme. Cette solidarité citoyenne a démontré que tout chantage, toute tentative de créer des troubles internes est vouée à l’échec », a déclaré le chef d’Etat.
Quelqu’un a essayé de briser la Russie mais a échoué. Le président russe l’a dit Vladimir Poutine dans une adresse à la nation. « Ceux qui ont trahi leur patrie, leur propre peuple, ont tiré sur leurs propres citoyens », un résultat salué « par les néo-nazis de Kiev », a déclaré Poutine. A Kiev, « ils voulaient que des civils et des militaires soient abattus pour que la Russie perde ce défi », a ajouté le président.
Dans cette courte adresse à la nation, Vladimir Poutine a salué le « patriotisme » des combattants du Groupe Wagner « rester fideles et loyaux », deux jours après la tentative de rébellion menée par leur patron, Evgueni Prigojine. Le président russe leur a proposé de rejoindre l’armée ou de partir pour la Biélorussie.
Selon le Président russe, les combattants du groupe Wagner ont été utilisés sans le savoir contre leurs frères d’armes. « Pourtant, nous savons bien que la grande majorité des combattants et commandants du groupe Wagner sont des patriotes, dévoués à leur peuple et à leur État. Ils l’ont prouvé par leur courage sur le champ de bataille », a souligné le dirigeant russe.
Pour clore, Vladimir Poutine a ensuite proposé aux soldats du groupe paramilitaire soit de signer un contrat avec l’armée régulière, soit de « rentrer dans leurs familles et chez leurs proches », soit de partir en Biélorussie.
