Accusé d’avoir drogué sa femme avant de la livrer à plusieurs dizaines d’hommes, le procès de Dominique P. se fera au printemps de l’année 2024. En effet, le Journal le Monde dans une enquête publiée le 20 juin 2023, dévoile le profil des différents accusés.
Le journal Le Monde s’est livré à une longue enquête autour de Dominique P et des 51 personnes accusées d’avoir violé sa femme prénomé Françoise sous anxiolytique. Un document de 350 pages, initialement mis en lumière par Le Parisien, recense en effet avec précision les différents profils de ces hommes venus abuser de Françoise , à la demande de son époux via des messages échangés sur internet.
En ce sens, des portraits divers, allant de 26 à 73 ans, et exerçant tout type de professions : infirmier, journaliste, chauffeur routier, militaire, conseiller municipal, etc. Plusieurs d’entre eux avaient déjà été mis en examen ou placés en prison pour d’autres faits (détention d’images d’exploitation d’enfants, violences commises sur des femmes).
Notons que certains d’entre eux ont pris conscience de la gravité des actes qui leur sont reprochés, ce n’est pas le cas de tous. Parmi eux, Adrien L, un chef de chantier, témoigne notamment : « A partir du moment où le mari était présent, il n’y avait pas viol. » De son côté, Dominique, le conjoint de Françoise, dit prendre ses responsabilités, mais pas plus. Ce dernier explique par ailleurs avoir été lui-même victime d’un viol lorsqu’il était enfant.
Il faut souligner que ce n’est pas la seule affaire rattachée à Dominique P. Le septuagénaire a également été mis en examen le 14 octobre 2022, pour le viol et le meurtre de Sophie Narme, 23 ans, mais aussi pour une tentative de viol envers Estella B, 19 ans. Deux crimes qu’il aurait commis à Paris, en 1991 puis en 1999. Des faits en grande partie niés par l’accusé. À ce propos, son avocate, maître Béatrice Zavarro, rappelle que, dans le cas du meurtre de Sophie Narme, « l’ADN de l’affaire a été perdu par le service des scellés » et qu’il n’y a « aucun élément objectif pour l’accrocher. » Les investigations se poursuivent néanmoins. Dominique P, actuellement écroué pour « viols aggravés et administration de substance chimique à son ex-compagne », sera jugé au Printemps prochain. A cette date, Dominique P. est toujours présumé innocent.
