Des bandits lourdement armés ont enlevé de force, le samedi 17 Juin 2023, à Torcell (zone limitrophe entre Pétion-Ville et Tabarre), le directeur régional de l’Autorité Portuaire Nationale (APN), Pierre Richard Joseph. Son chauffeur a été tué sur le coup, a-t-on appris.
Dans la commune de Tabarre, plus précisément à Torcell, les bandits du gang « kraze baryè » continuent de faire régner leurs lois. Violation de propriétés privées, incendies de maisons, enlèvements sont, entre autres, quelques actes malhonnêtes qui leurs sont reprochés.
Samedi 17 Juin dernier, des hommes du gang dirigé par le nommé Vitelhomme Innocent ont enlevé le directeur régional de l’Autorité Portuaire Nationale (APN) du Cap-Haïtien, Pierre Richard Joseph. Selon des informations parvenues à la rédaction de « Mano Actualité », le chauffeur de ce dernier a été tué par les ravisseurs. Ces derniers réclament une somme d’un million de dollars américains pour la libération du directeur.
