La présence de nombreux civiles lourdement armés circulant à pieds étaient remarqués dans plusieurs rues de la ville dont Mariani (Bò dlo), Bizoton, Thor, Diquini. Dans ces quartiers où la circulation étaient presqu’au point mort, certains optent déjà pour la fuite.
