Face à l’absence des enseignants dans les salles de classe cette année, le Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle (MENFP) informe les responsables de la Direction Départementale de l’Education (DDE), les directeurs d’école, le Comité des parents d’élèves, les conseils d’école, les associations de parents d’élèves, tous parents et élèves, qu’il est interdit d’ organiser des cours de rattrapage contre rémunération dans les écoles publiques, dans un communiqué de presse publié ce vendredi 26 Mai 2023.
«Le MENFP dénonce cette pratique où les enseignants qui doivent donner des cours ne sont pas présents dans les salles de classe tout en organisant des cours de rattrapage pour les élèves.» peut-on lire dans la note. Alors que certains enseignants qui ne viennent pas assurer les services dans les écoles publiques vont dans les écoles privées.
«Chaque travailleur a le droit de protester lorsqu’il n’est pas satisfait. Mais il a aussi le devoir, quand il gagne, de rendre des services, notamment pour les enfants des écoles publiques qui ont déjà perdu de nombreux jours d’école, en raison de la situation du pays.» poursuivit-il .
De ce fait le MENFP fait appel à la conscience professionnelle et au sens des responsabilités des enseignants qui gagnent et ne servent pas. Tout en annonçant la poursuite du dialogue avec les syndicats d’enseignants sur les revendications des enseignants des écoles publiques.
Par ailleurs, le MENFP profite pour rappeler qu’il a lancé un cours d’apprentissage de la compassion (cours de rattrapage) pour les candidats aux examens d’État (9e année et 4e année). «Ces cours sont offerts gratuitement dans de nombreuses écoles et départements publics. Les parents n’ont pas à payer pour cela.» affirme le ministère.
