Andrea Serrano est le nom d’une femme de 31 ans ayant violé un petit garçon de 13 ans pour qui elle est tombée enceinte. Elle a avoué son acte, la justice américaine l’a condamnée à 90 jours de prison. Ces informations ont été rapportées dans les colonnes de « El Heraldo de Mexico ».
Andrea a été arrêtée en juillet 2022 et a eu deux chefs d’accusation : d’un côté, pour agression sexuelle sur enfant et d’un autre, pour agression sexuelle sur mineur de moins de 15 ans d’une personne de confiance. Ces accusations, selon le journal susmentionné,seront effacées pour céder place à « une autre sans peine effective ». Cela est possible en raison du fait que la dame porte un bébé.
À l’heure qu’il est, la coupable est « sans garde à vue », toujours selon le journal et il semblerait que le Juge chargé de cette affaire risquerait de condamner Sorreno à 10 ans de prison. Une décision qui pourrait être délibérée au cours de la dernière audience, 18 mai 2023 mais suite au changement au niveau du plaidoyer, la victime aura à passer trois mois en prison puisque, sellon le Juge, « La mère doit être là pour son enfant ».
La famille de la victime souhaite que justice soit rendue au petit garçon. La mère s’en plaint et demande à ce la dame soit emprisonnée.
« J’ai l’impression que l’enfance de mon fils a été volée. Maintenant, il doit être père (…) Serrano a agressé sexuellement mon fils de 13 ans. Elle l’a initié à la drogue, il doit être en prison », exige la mère.
