Il est à souligner que le juge Wilner Morin enquête sur des affaires de corruption impliquant plusieurs personnalités notamment l’ex DG de la douane, Romel Bell et la Caisse d’Assistance Sociale (CAS), dont la directrice, Edwine Tonton et l’ex comptable en chef, Richard Vales sont déjà en prison.
Pour l’heure, il attend l’arrivée de la police pour les suites nécessaires dans cette affaire.
