« N’est-ce pas le Cap qui est en panne d’électricité depuis le mois de janvier? Est-ce qu’Ariel ne se soucie pas des professeurs qui n’ont pas reçu depuis plusieurs mois leur salaire, alors que le gouvernement continue de gaspiller les avoirs de l’Etat?, peut-on lire dans la publication.
Jean-Charles Moïse termine la publication en mettant en garde le gouvernement, que le Cap-Haïtien est habité par des gens de caractère et qu’Ariel sera reçu comme il se doit. « Ariel oublie que les gens du Cap sont des personnes de dignité et de fierté… Ils n’ont peur de rien. »
Le gouvernement a pris la fâcheuse décision de déplacer la célébration du bicolore cette année pour éviter d’emprunter les zones rouges, dirigées par des gangs. N’est-ce pas soutenir les dires de la Ministre Emmelie Prophète lorsqu’elle a traité ces territoires-là comme perdus?
