Candidat pour un second mandat à la tête de la FPH, ayant à ses côtés, trois autres pasteurs, Julio Volcy, Vijonet Déméro, et Jean Rigaud Amilcar Antoine, Calixte Fleuridor est très contesté. Les membres de ladite fédération affirment qu’ils ne veulent pas qu’il y ait d’ambiguïté entre l’institution chrétienne et le gouvernement.
De ce fait, ils considèrent qu’il serait d’ordre moral que le pasteur Calixte Fleuridor, renonce au scrutin qui aura lieu le 26 Mai prochain pour renouveler la présidence de la Fédération Protestante d’Haïti (FPH), tant qu’il est encore membre du Haut Conseil de Transition (HCT).
