En Ukraine, au moins 22 personnes sont mortes, dans la matinée de ce vendredi 28 avril 2023, dans des frappes russes sur plusieurs villes ukrainiennes, selon un bilan communiqué par les autorités ukrainiennes. En réaction, le président ukrainien, Volodymyr Zelensky, a exigé une «riposte internationale» contre la Russie.
Plusieurs villes ukrainiennes, dont Ouman et Dnipro, ont été bombardées tôt ce vendredi matin par les forces militaires russes, causant la mort d’au moins de 22 personnes, des blessés et des dégâts matériels. Le chef d’État ukrainien, Volodymyr Zelensky, condamne cette nouvelle attaque russe.
«Chaque attaque, chaque acte pervers contre notre pays et notre peuple rapproche l’État terroriste de l’échec et de la punition», a réagi sur Telegram le président ukrainien Volodymyr Zelensky.
Il a aussi exigé «une riposte internationale à la terreur» russe, suite aux frappes russes.
Parallèlement, le ministère russe de la Défense a fait savoir que les forces russes ont bombardé «des points de déploiement temporaires des unités de réserve des forces armées ukrainiennes» avec «des armes de haute précision», en ajoutant que «toutes les cibles assignées ont été atteintes».
