Delouis Willy a été interpellé suite à une tentative d’assassinat sur le prêtre catholique Pierre Louis Jean Yves à son domicile privé. Il a été arrêté lors d’une opération effectuée conjointement entre une patrouille du commissariat de Mirebalais et le chef du Parquet Me Gabriel Fleury, le jeudi 27 avril 2023.
Le nommé Willy avait en sa possession un pistolet de marque Glück au moment où il a pénétré par effraction dans la maison du prêtre. Selon divers habitants de Mare Rouge, un banlieue de la ville de Mirebalais, Willy est un réparateur d’armes à feu et du même coup il est un trafiquant. Il fait des essais pour ses clients à chaque transaction ce qui crée souvent beaucoup de panique dans la zone, disaient-ils.
Soulignons que ce dernier a été interpellé à maintes reprises et pour différents chefs d’accusations. Pour l’heure, le dossier est acheminé au Parquet de Mirebalais.
