Les autorités gouvernementales en charge de la supervision de l’immigration légale aux Etats-Unis (USCIS) ont annoncé jeudi 30 Mars, l’ouverture d’un centre de service humanitaire (HART), afin d’améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité de traitement des dossiers humanitaires.
« L’USCIS est ravi d’annoncer l’ouverture du centre de service humanitaire, d’ajustement, de suppression des conditions et des documents de voyage (HART), le sixième centre de service au sein de sa direction des opérations du centre de service, et le premier à se concentrer sur les cas humanitaires et autres.» a fait savoir USCIS.
Précisons que, dans le programme Humanitarian Parole de l’administration Biden, plusieurs bénéficiaires ayant un dossier 1-134A sont en attente d’une réponse du Service de l’immigration (USCIS), depuis plusieurs mois, dans le cadre du programme Humanitarian Parole.
Ainsi, grâce à ce nouveau centre de service humanitaire, l’USCIS a précisé que « Le personnel de HART améliorera la qualité et l’efficacité de notre traitement des dossiers humanitaires. Ces applications et avantages affectent les populations vulnérables, et ce centre aura un impact positif sur la qualité et l’ampleur de nos capacités de traitement humanitaire.»
