Le Commissaire du Gouvernement a.i, Jean Ernest Muscadin, via une correspondance datée ce mardi 7 mars 2023, invite le Directeur Départemental des Nippes du Bureau de l’Immigration et de l’Émigration, Orel Jean Louis, à se rendre le 10 mars prochain au Parquet du Tribunal civil de Miragoâne.
En vue de «fournir des explications relatives aux griefs de la population», le d Directeur Départemental du Bureau de l’Immigration et de l’Émigration, Orel Jean Louis a été convoqué au Parquet de Miragoâne le vendredi 10 mars prochain, d’après une correspondance portant la signature du commissaire du gouvernement de cette juridiction Jean Ernest Muscadin.
«Le Commissaire du Gouvernement près le Tribunal de Première Instance de Miragoâne vous présente ses compliments et a l’avantage de vous demander de vous présenter au Parquet de ce ressort, le vendredi que l’on comptera dix (10) mars deux mille vingt-trois (2023) à dix (10) heures du matin aux fins de fournir des explications relatives aux griefs de la population», peut-on lire dans cette correspondance.
Pour rappel, le bureau régional de l’Immigration et de l’Émigration des Nippes avait été fermé, dans un premier temps, à cause d’une altercation entre ses responsables et le Commissaire du Gouvernement de Miragoâne, Jean Ernest Muscadin. Il a repris le service le 1er mars dernier, et redevenu dysfonctionnel jusqu’à hier lundi 6, suite à la coupure, dans la nuit du samedi 4 au dimanche 5 mars du câble d’internet qui l’alimente. Toutefois, les activités ont été reprises ce mardi 07 mars, a-t-on appris à la rédaction.
