Luckner Désir alllias Luko, est une nouvelle fois convoqué par la justice haïtienne. Dans une lettre datant le lundi 30 janvier 2023 le commissaire du gouvernement de Port-au-Prince, Jacques Lafontant a invité l’animateur de l’émission «Matin Débat» à se rendre au Parquet de la capitale ce 1er février prochain pour avoir abusé le droit à l’information.
L’ancien candidat à la présidence, Luckner Désir est dans la tourmente. Pour avoir abusé le « droit d’informer », l’animateur de l’émission «Matin Débat » animée sur les ondes de la Radio Télé Éclair doit se présenter au Parquet de Port-au-Prince, selon une lettre de convocation du commissaire du gouvernement Jacques Lafontant qui a été épinglé par le Conseil Supérieur du Pouvoir Judiciaire (CSPJ).
«Le commissaire du gouvernement près le Tribunal de Première Instance de Port-au-Prince […] vous invite à vous présenter au Parquet du Ressort le mercredi que l’on comptera premier (1er) février 2023 dès dix (10) heures du matin», a écrit Me Jacques Lafontant dans sa lettre.
«Loin d’éduquer et d’informer des citoyens, vous abusez manifestement et sciemment de votre droit d’informer», a-t-il justifié.
Selon le commissaire du gouvernement Jacques Lafontant, l’abusion, dont faite Luckner Désir, viole «les règles élémentaires servant de base à l’exercice de la noble profession de journaliste, notamment les prescrits des articles 28-2, 2eme alinéa, 28-3 de la Constitution et les dispositions des articles 64, 67, 313 et suivants du code pénal haïtien».
