PNH: Frantz Elbé promet de donner une réponse aux bandits armés

Lors d’une conférence de presse tenue le vendredi 27 janvier 2023, le Directeur Général de la PNH Frantz Elbé se dit reconnaitre que les révendications des policiers sont justes, toutefois il les demande de garder leurs calmes, car « Nous allons donner une réponse institutionnelle ».

Le Directeur Général de la PNH, Frantz Elbé, a donné hier vendredi 27 janvier 2023 une conférence de presse dans laquelle il a lancé un appel au calme du coté des policiers protestataires tout en reconnaissant que leurs révendications sont justes.

Le numéro 1 de la PNH promet de ne pas baisser les bras et demande les policiers à s’unir car selon lui la solution n’est pas dans la violence mais dans l’unité. « La famille policière est blessée nous n’allons pas baiser les bras, nous n’allons pas faire marche arrière, les bandits doivent payer pour leurs actes, nous devons concentrer nos forces en l’orientant dans le sens du combat contre les bandits », a t’il martelé.

Dans son intervention, Frantz Elbé lance désormais une opération baptisée Tornade 1, qui selon lui vise à donner une réponse proportionnelle et appropriée aux gangs armés.

Il a aussi annoncé des dispositions visant à renforcer les commissariats avec le soutien des unités spécialisées et de meilleures conditions de travail pour les policiers engagés dans la lutte contre le banditisme.

Pour rappel, le 10 janvier 2023, deux policiers ont été tués à carrefour-Feuilles, 17 janvier un bléssé et un autre disparu, 20 janvier 3 tués, un disparu et un blessé, 25 janvier dans le cadre d’une intervention visant à protéger la population 6 tués et un autre blessé par balles. Donc dans moins de 15 jours près d’une quinzaine de policiers ont été tués par des bandits sans compter les cas de disparitions.
