Le procureur de la République a demandé qu’ils soient condamnés à des peines d’un an de prison, dont six mois avec sursis, pour l’un d’eux, et deux ans de prison, dont un an avec sursis, pour le second en état de récidive. Enfin, une « relaxe au bénéfice du doute » a été requise pour le troisième.
Dans une salle d’audience remplie, le père de famille, âgé de 28 ans, a reconnu avoir « pété un câble », sous le « coup de l’émotion ». Le 21 octobre dernier, sa femme avait surpris un mineur isolé qui venait de s’introduire dans leur maison. L’adolescent s’était ensuite infiltré dans la chambre de sa fille de 6 ans pour l’agresser sexuellement alors qu’elle dormait.
