Accusé de viol par une jeune femme de 23 ans, selon la presse européenne, l’international brésilien, Daniel Alves, se trouve actuellement en prison en Espagne et s’encourt vers une lourde peine, s’il est reconnu coupable des faits, qui pour rappel seraient déroulés le 30 décembre dernier dans une boîte de nuit à Barcelone (Espagne).
Daniel Alves passe actuellement ses jours derrière les barreaux, a annoncé plusieurs médias européens. Le footballeur brésilien a été placé en détention provisoire sans caution, vendredi dernier, dans une prison de Barcelone après les accusations de viol portées par une jeune femme de 23 ans. S’il est reconnu coupable, il pourrait écoper d’une peine de douze ans d’emprisonnement, contre quatre ans de réclusion si les faits sont requalifiés en agression sexuelle.
Soulignons que, le viol présumé se serait déroulé le 30 décembre dernier dans une boite de nuit à Barcelone. Selon le journal « CNews » l’un des médias européens. « La jeune femme aurait été invitée par Daniel Alves et ses amis à boire quelques verres avant d’être conduite dans les toilettes de l’espace VIP par le défenseur. Il l’aurait ensuite forcée à s’asseoir sur lui puis à lui faire une fellation. Et malgré sa résistance, il l’aurait violée Par la suite, l’international brésilien aurait rapidement quitté les lieux, alors que la jeune femme, en pleurs, aurait prévenu ses amis et les responsables de la boîte de nuit, qui ont appelé la police ».
Par ailleurs, lors de son audition, Daniel Alves, qui a été licencié par le club mexicain des Pumas, a changé à trois reprises de version. Dans un premier temps, il a affirmé qu’il ne connaissait pas la victime. Mais confronté à la vidéo surveillance de l’établissement nocturne, il aurait finalement admis l’avoir vue sans qu’il ne se passe rien, avant de reconnaître, quelques heures plus tard, avoir eu des relations sexuelles avec elle. Mais il a assuré qu’elles étaient consenties, donc toutes ces tergiversations ont conduit à son placement en détention provisoire sans caution par crainte qu’il ne quitte l’Espagne pour rentrer au Brésil, car aucun accord d’extradition n’existe entre les deux pays.
