Plusieurs anciens fonctionnaires de l’état dans le sud ont reçu une invitation du Parquet des Cayes. Ces invitations font suite, selon le Commissaire du gouvernement des Cayes, Me Ronald Richemond, a une correspondance de l’unité de lutte contre la corruption (ULCC).

L’ancien député de la Circonscription Camp-perrin/Maniche, Bertin Augustin, madame Oxerre Marie Eveline, Monsieur France Pierre Étienne et Monsieur Amazan Jean Yves, devront se présenter ce mardi 27 décembre 2022 à 10h du matin par devant le chef du parquet des Cayes. Ces invités n’ont pas fait leur déclaration de patrimoine ni avant la prise de leur fonction ni au moment ils laissent la fonction.

Les anciens parlementaires, Bertrand Sinal, Dorismond Beonard, Ostin Pierre Louis, L’étang Daniel, Olivier Winchel et Charles Jean Galvi sont aussi épinglés dans le rapport d’enquête de l’ULCC. Ils sont tombés sur le coup de l’article 18 concernant la déclaration de patrimoine en rapport avec l’article 28 du code pénal haïtien.
