Quand l’ancien Premier Ministre haïtien Claude Joseph dézingue à nouveau le Président Dominicain

Claude Joseph, ancien Premier Ministre et Ministre des Affaires Étrangères haïtien tire à boulet rouge sur l’actuel Président dominicain, Luis Abinader, qui, selon le Jovenliste, profite de la crise haïtienne pour grossir son capital politique », a-t-on lu, ce vendredi 16 Septembre 2022, dans un article de Haïti 24.

Allé à la rencontre de la vice-présidente américaine, Kamala Harris cette semaine, l’actuel président de l’autre partie de l’île, dans une prise de parole a opté pour une intervention étrangère dans le pays de Dessalines. « Ce qui se passe actuellement sur le territoire haïtien est une petite guerre civile », a-t-il déclaré.

En réponse à cette déclaration, Claude Joseph a ainsi réagi « Je désapprouve les démarches totalement intéressées et opportunistes du président dominicain concernant le dossier d’Haïti. Monsieur Abinader ne comprend rien dans la crise haïtienne actuelle et ne fait que profiter de l’absence totale de leadership de l’actuel Premier Ministre fantoche d’Haïti afin de poursuivre son propre agenda ».

« Le chef de l’État dominicain ne pouvait jamais se comporter comme le porte-parole d’Haïti et le Président de l’Île lorsque j’assumais les fonctions de Premier Ministre et Ministre des Affaires Étrangères de mon pays », a conclu l’ancien Ministre des Affaires Étrangères.

À noter qu’à un moment où il y a un véritable soulèvement général du peuple haïtien dans pratiquement tout le pays contre l’augmentation du prix du pétrole sur la marché local par le gouvernement d’Ariel Henry, Luis Abinader, lui, s’érige en véritable porte-parole d’Haïti dans une rencontre qui a eu lieu à Washington entre plusieurs dirigeants, dont Kamala Harris. Pourtant dans l’une des conventions des Nations Unies ratifiée par Haiti, il est clairement écrit qu’aucun État [qui dit État dit représentant d’État dans la logique du Droit International Public] ne doit s’immiscer dans les affaires d’un autre.
