Argentine: 12 ans de prison et une intelligibilité à vie requis contre l’ex-présidente Cristina Kirchner

Pour une affaire d’attribution de marchés publics, ce lundi 22 août 2022, à Buenos Aires, 12 ans de prison et une intelligibilité à vie ont été requis contre l’ancienne présidente de l’Argentine, Cristina Kirchner, qui bénéficie actuellement d’ une immunité parlementaire.

Cristina Kirchner, l’icône de la gauche péroniste, l’ex-présidente de l’Argentine (de 2007 à 2015) , était jugée pour corruption dans l’affaire d’attribution de marchés publics durant ses deux mandats. De ce fait, elle est écopée, comme peine ), de 12 ans de prison et d’une intelligibilité à vie.

Selon les déclarations du procureur Diego Luciani, c’est « un authentique système de corruption institutionnelle, probablement la plus grande opération de corruption qu’ait connu le pays ».

De son côté, Cristina Kirchner, âgé de 69 ans, qui est actuellement la Vice-présidente et présidente du Sénat bénéficiant à ce niveau d’une immunité parlementaire, d’ où seule la Cour Suprême peut lever son immunité. Elle rejette ces accusations et dénonce une persécution politique venant d’une justice instrumentalisée par l’opposition de droite.

« Les procureurs ont bâti leur accusation sur des questions qui n’avaient jamais été soulevées », a réagi Mme Kirchner dans un tweet.
« C’est un peloton d’exécution médiatico-judiciare, auquel je répondrai sur le fond mardi à travers les réseaux sociaux, après m’avoir refusé lundi le droit à une déposition additionnelle », a-t-elle dénoncé.

« Violation des principes de défense », a-t-elle ajouté dans un tweet ce lundi soir.
