Le nommé Elvain St Jacques alias Zo Pwason, identifié comme membre du gang armé 5 secondes dirigé par Izo, a retrouvé sa mort à Miragoâne après avoir été auditionné par le commissaire du Gouvernement de Miragoâne. Cette action est survenue très tôt à Miragoâne ce mardi 31 mai.

L’information a été diffusée en primeur par la Radio intervalle. De plus, une vidéo relative aux faits n’a pas cessé de tourner en boucle sur les réseaux sociaux.

Dans la vidéo en question, Elvain St Jacques a déclaré qu’il connaît plusieurs membres du gang 5 secondes. Parmi eux, il y a Izo et Manno.

Demandant à la victime « qu’est-ce qu’il est venu faire à Miragoâne? »; celui-ci a répondu qu’il est chez lui. La même voix lui a demandé de laisser un dernier message à sa famille. Elvain a déclaré qu’il est entre les mains de la Police. Puis, on lui a posé cette question : et que dis-tu aux familles des policiers à qui tu as ôté la vie? Elvain a déclaré qu’il n’a jamais manier une arme. Et enfin, une panoplie de tirs se fait dans la vidéo.

Il est à rappeler que le commissaire Muscadin a déclaré qu’il pouvait éliminer tous les gangs de la région métropolitaine en un temps record, si l’Etat lui place comme commissaire du Gouvernement de Port-au-Prince.
