Cette organisation est composée des Jeunes cadres du Nord en majeure partie. Ce sont un ensemble d’universitaires intéressant aux activités de développement visant à améliorer la situation critique de l’environnement dans le pays. C’est la raison pour laquelle, ils se réunissent chaque année pour discuter et sensibiliser les gens en vue de faire face aux différents problèmes produits par le changement climatique. Cette année, ils étaient à leur deuxième édition.
Ils étaient un très grand nombre de jeunes qui prenaient part à cette activité.
