Le ministère des affaires étrangères et des cultes a entrepris ces demarches 48 heures après sa participation a la dixieme dixième conférence Italie-Amérique latine-Caraïbes déroulée à Rome, les 25 et 26 octobre dernier, autour de trois thématiques : planète, personnes et prospérité.
