Flash: vent de panique signalé dans plusieurs quartiers de la zone métropolitaine

Ce lundi matin, 11 octobre 2021, plusieurs quartiers de la zone métropolitaine de Port-au-Prince sont bloqués pour des raisons liées à la situation accablante, sans précédent, voire même irrémédiable d’insécurité accrue.

Dans la troisième circonscription de Port-au-Prince, précisément, au niveau de Martisant, des individus armés fouillant des passants, des tirs automatiques dans les périmètres de la zone, c’est de cette façon qu’on peut décrire ce quartier depuis très tôt ce matin.

À Léogâne, notamment, au niveau du pont Brache, la route est bloquée à cause d’une personne morte depuis samedi dans la zone. D’après les riverains, malgré que constat a été fait le cadavre est encore présent sur le macadam; il est tombé en décomposition.

À montagne noire, à cause de l’enlèvement de Ricardo Delinois, les habitants du quartier ont barricadé et demandent la libération sans condition de ce jeune homme. Pour le moment, des tirs se font entendre dans cette zone.

La situation n’est pas différente à Sarthe au niveau de la route nationale no 1. Des pneus enflammés se sont signalés dans la rue. Face à ce vent panique, la prudence et la vigilance sont de mise pour quiconque voulant fréquenter ce lieu en ce moment.
