M. Saturné affirme que le chef du gouvernement compte sur le ministre Quitel à ce poste pour mener à bien la barque de ce ministère.
Dans son discours d’entrée le nouveau ministre de la justice par intérim, Liszt Quitel demande justice pour les crimes jusque-là qui reste impuni, notamment l’assassinat de Jovenel Moise, Me. Monferrier Dorval et tous les journalistes assassinés. Et les priorités du ministre c’est de : combattre la détention préventive prolongée, la
criminalité, le phénomène des gangs et renforcer l’image de la PNH. Le ministre Liszt Quitel qui est à la fois ministre de l’intérieur et des collectivités territoriales et ministre de la justice et de la sécurité publique, dit ne sous-estime pas le lourd travail qu’il a, avec ces deux postes ministériels qui est responsable de la sécurité nationale. Il a fait appel à Dieu de lui donner la force et la sagesse de mener à bien ces deux ministères.
