Un rapport du Réseau National des Droits Humains avait déjà accusé Ariel Henry d’avoir eu des conversations téléphoniques avec Joseph Félix Badio, l’un des présumés assassins de Jovenel Moïse. Voulant apporter un éclaircissement dans ce dossier, le CG du gouvernement de Port-au-Prince, avait recommandé à la compagnie téléphone de lui envoyer le relevé des appels. Les données ont révélé qu’effectivement que le numéro Un de la Primature avait parlé au fugitif le 7 juillet 2021 à 4:03 AM et 4:20 AM.
En effet, Me. Bed-Ford Claude invite le Premier Ministre Ariel Henry à se présenter au Parquet pour venir exposer le contenu des conversations téléphoniques pour un réquisitoire supplétif à adresser au juge d’instruction chargé d’instruire l’affaire.
La mort de Jovenel Moïse est est un affront pour la Nation et le vide laissé par ce départ prématuré laisse le pays dans une situation exceptionnelle et délicate depuis le 7 juillet 2021.
