Coup-d’État en Guinée Konakry: Les premières réactions internationales.

Ayant à leur tête le lieutenant-colonel Mamady Doumbouya, les putchistes(militaires des forces spéciales, MFS), suite à des échanges de tirs aux abords du palais présidentiel ce dimanche 5 Septembre ont affirmé avoir capturé le président Alpha Condé. La dissolution de la constitution en vigueur et du gouvernement a été annoncé. Le CDEAO et l’Union Européenne et le secrétaire général des Nations-Unies n’ont pas tardé à réagir

Au pouvoir depuis tantot 11 ans à la faveur, peut-on signalé, d’une constitution controversée, le président Alpha Condé a été victime d’un coup-d’État puis capturé par des militaires. Entretemps, dans la Capitale Guinéenne la tension est à son comble alors que la confusion règne dans les esprits. Si pour les putchistes le president Condé est entre leur main et qu’ils ont le controle pour le ministère de la défense, il s’agit d’un mensonge.

Cet agissement des militaires des forces speciales à suscite pas mal de réaction au niveau international. Le Président en exercice de l’Union Africaine (UA), Félix Tshisekedi, et celui de la Commission de l’Union Africaine, Moussa Faki Mahamat condamnent le coup’d’État et exige la libération du président Alpha Condé. Les deux organisations invitent le Conseil de Paix et de Sécurité de l’Union Africaine à se réunir d’urgence pour examiner la nouvelle situation en Guinée.

Le secretaire général des Nations-Unies, António Guterres semble s’inscrire dans cette perspectives. Il considère l’agissement des militaires du groupe MFS. M. Guterres exgime egalement la relaxation du président.

« Je suis personnellement de très près la situation en Guinée. Je condamne fermement toute prise de pouvoir par la force des armes et je demande la libération immédiate du Président Alpha Condé », a indiqué le numéro 1 de l’ONU. La position du ministète des affaires étrangères francaiaes n’est différente.
