Objet d’un mandat d’amener, le policier Angelo Jeanty a été apprehendé sur la route de l’aéroport ce lundi 30 août 2021 par des agents de la Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ).
Angelo Jeanty est arrêté pour son implication présumée dans l’assassinat du policier de l’UDMO, Pierre Richard Mystal, survenu en date du 22 mai 2021. Le présumé assassin était à bord d’un véhicule de marque Nissan Pathfinder, année 1998, accompagné d’un autre policier, Lundi Osnel, d’un membre des Forces Armées d’Haïti (FAd’H), Anack Roger et d’un autre individu Saintil Fedner, eux aussi sous les verrous.
Un gilet par balle, un casque balistique, un képi portant l’indication police et des armes à feu ont été confisqué par les forces de l’ordre.
