Haïti/Insécurité: Défenseurs Plus présente un bilan accablant pour la période allant de Janvier à Juillet 2021.

L’organisme de défense des droits humains est on ne peut plus préoccuper par la résurgence des actes d’insécurité dans le pays. Rien que pour la période allant de Janvier à Juillet 2021 le nombre de personnes tuées et kidnappées dépasse l’entendement et porte à questionner le travail des autorités placées et payées pour protéger les biens et les vies des citoyens. Défenseurs Plus pour mieux permettre de comprendre la situation a présenté ce vendredi 13 Aout 2021, un rapport accablant.
Aucun éléments des droits fondamentaux de la personne humaine en Haïti n’est respecté estime Défenseur Plus dans ce rapport trimestriel produit sur la situation des droits humains en Haïti. Ce document présenté dans le cadre d’une conférence de presse organisée ce vendredi au siège sociale de l’institution, à la ruelle rivière, fait état de 1000 personnes tuées par balle, 300 kidnappées de janvier à juillet 2021.
Il rapporte également que pas moins de 426 enfants vivant dans des quartiers tels: bel air, matissant, Delmas 2 et 6 se sont vu obliger de déplacer à cause de la violence y règne. Il n’est un secret pour personne vivant en Haïti que la situation des droits de l’homme, sur ce bout de terre se dégrade de jour en jour. Un constat que l’organisation évoluant dans le secteur des droits humains Défenseur Plus vient de confirmer dans son rapport trimestriel publiée ce vendredi. Le droit à la vie, à la libre circulation, a la sécurité sont au point rouge d’après l’assistante légale de cette structure Chaina Etienne.
Cette réalité n’est pas différente, en ce qui a trait aux droits économiques, sociale et à l’éducation, de l’avis la responsable de communication de Défenseur Plus, évoquant la situation d’insécurité qui prévaut au niveau de Martissant.
