Dans une note presse publiée ce lundi 19 juillet 2021, le Mouvement National des Infirmières et des Infirmiers victimes(MONIV) dit saluer le courage de tous ceux et toutes celles qui luttent contre la corruption et les abus d’autorité dans le pays. Ainsi profite-t-il l’occasion de réclamer la révocation des responsables du Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population ( MSPP) dont la ministre Marie Greta Roy Clément et les docteurs Lauré Adrien et Evans Vladimir Larsen.
Le MONIV regroupant plusieurs milliers d’étudiants et d’étudiantes en Sciences infirmières à travers plusieurs départements géographiques du pays se plaigne du comportement des responsables du MSPP notamment Dr Evans Vladimir Larsen, Directeur de Formation et de Perfectionnement en Sciences de la Santé. Selon la note, depuis janvier 2020 plusieurs dizaines de milliers d’étudiantes et d’étudiants en Sciences de la Santé avaient participé à des examens organisés sous l’égide de la Direction de Formation et de Perfectionnement en Sciences de la Santé (DFPSS) pour l’obtention de leurs diplômes de fin d’études. Ces examens ont été entachés de fraudes et d’irrégularités. Parmi ces fraudes et irrégularités, il y avait environ une trentaine de questions qui ont été mal formulés, a précisé le MONIV à travers cette note de presse.
Face à cette situation, les étudiantes et étudiants en Sciences de la Santé réunis/es au tour de MONIV ont réalisé diverses activités, que ce soit à Port-au-Prince ou Cap-haïtien pour faire entendre leurs voix. Mais autorités du MSPP ont fait la sourde oreille, a renchéri la note. Ce, en dépit de la formation d’une commission de vérification mise en place par les responsables. Laquelle commission a effectivement révélé que les examens n’avaientpas respecté « les principes docimologiques », a fait savoir MONIV.
À en croire la note, la Direction de Formation et de Perfectionnement en Sciences de la Santé (DFPSS), au lieu de trouver une issue favorable à la crise, a de préférence choisi de son plein gré une formule pour faire échouer plus de candidats et candidates ayant pris part audits examens. En ce sens, MONIV dit avoir empêché aux responsables du MSPP d’organiser des examens pour les étudiants et étudiantes ajournés/ées.
Par rapport à la méchanceté des autorités du MSPP, le MONIV crit aux secours et demande au prochain gouvernement qui va être mis en place de ne pas reconduire la ministre Marie Greta Roy Clément, Lauré Adrien et Evans Vladimir Larsen à la tête du MSPP. Selon MONIV, ces personnages sont sans « aucune moralité ». Ils ont déjà gaspillé l’avenir de plusieurs milliers de jeunes filles et garçons à travers le pays. Le MONIV exige que justice soit faite à la jeunesse haïtienne et demande également pour qu’il ait de représentant dans les instances décisionnelles du système sanitaire haïtien.
