Assassinat de Jovenel Moïse : Corvington Reynaldo interdit de quitter le pays

Dans une lettre adressée au directeur de l’immigration et de l’émigration, le Parquet près du Tribunal de Première Instance de Port-au-Prince a intimé l’ordre ce dernier d’interdire au citoyen Corvington Reynaldo de quitter le territoire par voies maritime, aérienne et terrestre.

Le Parquet de Port-au-Prince à travers cette lettre datée du 13 juillet dernier  et acheminée au directeur de l’immigration et de l’émigration, Joseph  Cianciulli, exige l’interdiction de départ du nommé  Corvington Reynaldo, identifié au numéro NIF suivant: 003-019-916-6. Cette correspondance qui met des restrictions sur la circulation  du concerné hors du territoire national accuse  Corvington Reynaldo de présomptions graves d’assassinat sur l’ex occupant de la magistrature suprême de l’État. Les faits pour lesquels le Commissaire du gouvernement  reproche l’accusé sont puni par l’article 240 du code pénal haïtien, a précisé la lettre.

Par ailleurs, cette décision du Commissaire du gouvernement arrive à un moment où les autorités haïtiennes se lancent dans un combat pour la lumière sur l’assassinat de Jovenel Moïse. Et surtout d’identifier les auteurs et les complices de cet acte barbare. Plusieurs personnes sont déjà entendues par les autorités judiciaires. D’autres sont actuellement placées en garde à vue afim de répondre en temps réel aux interrogations des enquêteurs travaillant sur l’affaire.

Des agents FBI et une commission envoyée par la Colombie sont déjà en Haïti dans le but de faire avancer le dossier. L’assassinat de Jovenel Moïse transpercera-t-il l’énigme de l’enquête se poursuit qui caractérise le mode de fonctionnement de la justice haïtienne ou sera-t-il classé dans les tiroirs comme les meurtres autres qui l’ont précédés?
