Ce régime établi ouvre la voie à plus de politiciens médiocres (kakistocrates) moins outillés pour gouverner au détriment d’une classe intellectuelle anéantie et appauvrie. La crapulerie, l’incompétence, la bassesse caractérisent ces individus de cet espèce sauvage venue de nulle part.
Jovenel Moïse par son incompétence n’a pas pu réaliser même une élection pour renouveler le personnel politique. Par sa ruse, il essaie de détourner l’attention de certains et cacher ses méfaits en accusant l’opposition politique quoique cette dernière est aussi un ramassis.
Du point de vue sanitaire, la Covid-19 montre la vraie face de l’État. Des millions de dollars ont été dépensés sans même construire un centre hospitalier répondant aux normes internationaux pouvant desservir les haïtiens. La preuve en est bien grande, l’ancien Président Jean-Bertrand Aristide a été transféré en urgence à Cuba pour cause de maladie. L’ Hôpital de l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti (HUEH), le plus grand centre hospitalier du pays, est en construction depuis 10 ans. Les cafardeurs du pouvoir en place se donnent pour tâche de piller l’État sans même se soucier de l’avenir de leur famille.
