France: Nourredine Allam condamné à 18 ans de prison pour complicité dans l’assassinat d’un policier
C’est ce mercredi 16 juin à Paris qu’une peine de 18 ans de prison a été déclaré contre Nourredine Allam, le principal accusé dans le procès de l’assassinat du policier Xavier Jugelé, sur les Champs-Elysées en avril 2017.
Selon l’accusation, Nourredine Allam, âgé de 31 ans, a vendu à Karim Cheurfi « la kalachnikov chargée de 25 balles minimum » avec laquelle ce dernier a tué Xavier Jugelé le 20 avril 2017
alors que ce dernier était au volant d’un fourgon de police, stationné dans la rue.
Karim Cheurfi avait blessé trois autres personnes, dont deux policiers, avant d’être abattu par les tirs de riposte des policiers.
Trois jours avant le premier tour de l’élection présidentielle, cet attentat aussitôt revendiqué par le groupe Etat islamique avait marqué la fin de la campagne électorale.
Quatre hommes étaient jugés pour avoir participé à la vente de l’arme qui a servi à l’assassinat de Xavier Jugelé à Paris en Avril 2017.
Par ailleurs, le Parquet National Antiterroriste (PNAT) avait requis 18 ans de prison contre Nourredine Allam, 31 ans, accusé d’avoir permis à l’assaillant Karim Cheurfi de « concrétiser son projet terroriste » en lui vendant le fusil d’assaut utilisé lors de l’attaque du 20 avril 2017. Karim Cheurfi avait été abattu juste après par les tirs de riposte des policiers.
