Présidentielle péruvienne: Les résultats officiels toujours dans l’impasse.

Le candidat de la gauche radicale Pedro Castillo a obtenu 50,2% des votes au deuxième tour de la présidentielle péruvienne, mais sa concurrente de la droite populiste Keiko Fujimori fait appel aux recours judiciaires pour fraude électorale. Ainsi l’organe chargé d’organiser les élections peine-t-il jusqu’à date à  proclamer les résultats officiels.

Le Pérou ne connaît pas toujours son nouveau président,  quatre jours après l’organisation du deuxième tour de la présidentielle. Alors que les résultats du dépouillement ont placé le candidat de la gauche Pedro Castillo en tête avec 50,2% des suffrages, devant sa rivale Keiko Fujimori. Cette dernière a évoqué des fraudes électorales. Ainsi a-t-elle déposé des recours tout en demandant d’écarter plus 200 000 bulletins qu’elle estime entachés d’irrégularités. Selon ce que rapportent les chaines de télévisions locales, l’instituteur de gauche a récolté plus 71 000 voix d’écart par rapport à la candidate conservatrice.

Mardi dernier, Pedro Castillo a proclamé sa victoire en présence de ses partisans tout  en déclarant que « le peuple a parlé ». Alors que Keiko Fujimori a pour sa part crié à la fraude électorale et a recouru à la justice. Selon le journal Libération, « les motifs de contestation sont très divers: cases cochées au mauvais endroit, utilisation d’une encre non autorisée, absence de signature du président du bureau, ratures, chiffres illisibles » et autres.

Cependant, la chance de changer les résultats des élections est très maigre, a indiqué le même média. La candidate de droite n’a apporté aucune preuve pour soutenir ses accusations.

Incapable jusqu’à présent de donner des éléments devant justifier ses  réclamations, Keiko Fujimori demande à ses partisans de lui envoyer des images et vidéos capables de montrer ces présupposées accusations. Hier mercredi, la concurrente de Pedro Castillo a indiqué que plus 500 000 voix lui ont été volées. Pourtant, la mission de l’Organisation des États Américains(OEA) a affirmé que  » le dépouillement des bulletins de vote s’est déroulé conformément aux procédures officielles, a précisé le quotidien Libération.
