Au moins deux têtes humaines ont été découvertes dans  deux bureaux de vote dimanche dernier dans la ville frontalière mexico-étasunienne de Tijuana, ont informé les autorités policières locales.

Alors que le Mexique organisait les élections pour élire les 500 représentants de la chambre des députés et plus de 20 000 représentants locaux, un homme a décidé de placer une tête humaine à un centre de vote. Cette incident a interrompu le processus de vote pour attendre l’arrivée de la police. Quelques heures après la reprise des votes, un homme a jeté une nouvelle tête et « des restes humains démembrés » à un autre bureau de votre de la même ville, ont indiqué les autorités de la ville de Tijuana.

Selon ce qu’a indiqué le procureur, un sac renfermant des parties du corps humain ont été également retrouvés à proximité d’un bureau durant les élections législatives et municipales de dimanche dernier. La scène a été produite dans la même circonscription électorale de Tijuana, au bord de San Diego,  en Californie.

Contrôlée par les barons du traffic illicite des stupéfiants, la ville de Tijuana a été toujours un espace où l’on a déjà fait de pareilles découvertes. Selon ce que rapporte BFMTV, « il y a quelques années, un corps nu avait été retrouvé pendu à un pont, les doigts et la langue coupés, cousus ensemble et placés autour de son cou. Un autre homme a été retrouvé pendu, nu et avec ses organes génitaux dans la bouche », a écrit le média susmentionné. 

Les campagnes qui ont conduit aux élections législatives et municipales mexicaines du dimanche dernier ont été marquées par des scènes de violence. Durant ces campagnes, plus de 91 politiciens ont été tués dont 36 candidats ou pré-candidats, a fait savoir le cabinet de conseil Etellekt, cité par BFMTV. Les autorités policières et judiciaires du pays ont dénombré plus de 300 000 personnes tuées dans des actes de violences de 2006 à date. Laquelle date marque le lancement des opérations militaires de haut niveau par le gouvernement fédéral contre les cartels de drogue qui opèrent dans le pays.
