Des étudiants finissants en sciences infirmières réclament leurs résultats du MSPP.

Plus de 3 000 étudiants finissants en sciences infirmières provenant de différentes écoles réclament les résultats des examens organisés par la Direction de Formation et du Perfectionnement en Sciences de la Santé (DFPSS/MSPP).

Regroupés sous le label de Mouvement National des Infirmiers et Infirmières Victimes (MONIV), ces étudiants finissants en sciences infirmières ont entamé depuis tantôt un an une série de mouvements protestation en vue de réclamer leurs notes auprès des autorités du MSPP.  Ils critiquent le Docteur Evans Vladimir Larsen, responsable de la DFPSS qui fait fi de leurs revendications. Ce, en dépit de nombreuses démarches administratives et de plusieurs sit-in organisés devant le siège social du MSPP situé sur la route de Maïs-Gâté.

Dans une interview accordée à la rédaction du journal, Carole Bazin, une étudiante finissante en Sciences de la Santé  nous a fourni des informations relatives aux revendications du MONIV. Selon l’Infirmière en devenir, la DFPSS exige à tous les étudiants en sciences infirmières de subir un examen. Ce dernier est préparé par le MSPP via son organe la DFPSS en collaboration avec les responsables d’écoles qui enseignent les sciences de la santé. Sans la réussite à cet examen officiel, a-t-elle fait savoir, aucun étudiant n’aura accès à exercer le métier en tant que professionnel en sciences de la santé. « Nous étions plus 3 000 étudiants finissants en sciences infirmières ayant participé aux examens de DFPSS le 19 janvier 2020. Les examens ont été entachés d’irrégularités. En dépit des irrégularités relevées, les examens ont été à notre portée. Nous avons listé plus d’une quinzaine de questions incompréhensibles même les organisateurs des examens et les responsables d’écoles des sciences infirmières ne peuvent pas y répondre, a martelé la future Infirmière. Après environ 4 mois d’attente, a-t-elle ajouté, les responsables avaient finalement donné les résultats avec un pourcentage d’échec s’élevant à plus de 90%. En plus de ce fort pourcentage d’échec, « il y avait des écoles qui ont reçu des résultats avec des listes incomplètes de leurs candidats.  Aussi y avait-il des étudiants qui n’ont pas participé aux examens et que leurs noms sont affichés sur la liste de leurs écoles avec des résultats », a renchéri la jeune fille.

À en croire Carole, toutes ces irrégularités relevées dans le processus de la dite évaluation ont suscité des doutes de leur côté en tant qu’étudiants. « Pour faire suite à nos préoccupations, nous avons adressé en date du 22 avril 2020, une correspondance au Dr. Evans Vladimir Larsen en tant Directeur de la DFPSS. Ce, en vue de lui demander de faire la lumière sur nos résultats. Dans une circulaire parue le 27 avril 2020, Evans Vladimir Larsen a répondu à la lettre et a présenté ses excuses auprès des revendicateurs », a rapporté l’étudiante. Toujours selon les déclarations de Carole Bazin, il a demandé aux étudiants et aux responsables d’écoles de former des comités de pré-vérification. Cette rencontre, a-t-elle ajouté, a été organisée dans les locaux de Saint-Louis Gonzague. Les comités ont été mis en place par les responsables d’écoles en collaboration avec la DFPSS sans avoir demandé l’avis des étudiants-tes.

« Après les séances de pré-vérification, la représentante du Dr. Evans Vladimir Larsen, nous a fait savoir que la DFPSS va solliciter l’aide des experts afin de résoudre la crise. Mais jusqu’à cette présente date, aucune satisfaction n’est pas accordée à nos revendications », a claqué Carole. En ce sens, le Mouvement National des Infirmiers et Infirmières Victimes (MONIV) dit qu’il va continuer à organiser des sit-in devant les locaux du MSPP jusqu’à ce que les autorités prennent leurs revendications en considération.
