Un membre d’un CASEC de Petit-Goâve kidnappé à Delmas.

Dukens Dicette, premier membre du Conseil d’Administration de la Section communale (CASEC) de l’Étang de Petit-Goâve a été enlevé  à Delmas 41 par des bandits armés le dimanche 25 avril 2020.

La machine de l’insécurité qui gangrenne presque toutes les villes du pays continue de faire rage. Dukens Dicette vient d’augmenter le nombre des victimes de ce fléau qui guette la population haïtienne dans son ensemble. À en croire les informations dont dispose notre rédaction, les ravisseurs ont fait irruption à l’intérieur d’un studio de beauté vers les trois heures de l’après-midi pour enlever la victime qui y faisait une manucure.

Pour le moment, nous ne disposons d’aucune information sur le montant  réclamé par les ravisseurs en échange de sa libération .

En signe de protestation, les habitants ont bloqué la route nationale numéro 2 à hauteur de Petit-Goâve, ce lundi matin pour exiger la libération immédiate du Coordonnateur du CASEC de l’Étang qui est toujours sous le contrôle des kidnappeurs. Cette situation de tension provoque une paralysie de la circulation au niveau de ce tronçon de route menant vers le grand Sud.
